Through her personal life and work Serena has enjoyed or lived in diverse cultures - from European, North African, to Caribbean and North American. She positively values difference and encourages her clients to develop flexibility in their thinking and gain a fresh perspective on their lives and in their relationships with others.

Serena has 15 years of successful Management experience in the fields of Communications, Public Relations and Marketing, spanning the UK Public Sector, European Institutions and the Private sector multinationals. She has also been an NHS Non Executive Director years and a Charity Sector Trustee.

Serena is a Chartered Marketer and Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She holds a Diploma in Performance Coaching and is a Prince 2 Practitioner. Serena has also undergone specialist training in the coaching of young people. She holds an MBA and is a Lancaster University Graduate.

Sarah Goodwin is an independent, free thinking management consultant with 21 years experience of public and private sector business delivery. She is passionate about releasing potential to energise and enable sustained added value. She specialises in leadership development and organisational growth and is an accredited practitioner of a range of psychometric tools, including MBTI Step 1 and 2, FIRO B and 16PF. Sarah is keen to help people to unravel and appreciate their own unique talents, develop their self awareness and belief in their own capabilities.

Sarah has been sought after to develop and deliver tailored executive development, including personal coaching and top team development in diverse public and private sector organisations.

At the Department for Work and Pensions Sarah was Head of the internal management consultancy unit and led them to become the first ever public sector management consultancy service to attain Certified Practice status with the Institute of Management Consultancy (IMC) and be audited as an 'exemplar' organisation.

Sarah is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and holds an MBA.

Fiona Murie is a multitalented leader who deploys her excellent analysis and planning skills to deliver exceptional results. She believes strongly in developing others to realise their potential through mentoring and coaching and she achieves this through her natural ability.

She has 27 years experience of working in the Department for Work and Pensions and has worked in partnership with other Government Departments such as the Office of Government Commerce and Department of Health, as well as private and voluntary sector organisations including West Yorkshire Police, and The Territorial Army.

Fiona has been a mentor to a number of junior and middle managers and has mentored head teachers as part of the Partners in Leadership Programme. More recently she has coached a number of individuals helping them develop self-awareness, take control of their career, make decisions about their future and worked with people to produce effective CV's.

Fiona has also considerable experience in team transformation and performance, inspiring groups to achieve targets and reduce absence rates.

Fiona is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, a Certified Management Consultant. She holds an MBA and is a Prince 2 Practitioner.
