To improve interpersonal communication and motivation in order to plan successfully for work and education. Specifically:

• Improve their interpersonal communications

The module is assessed through:
• Observations of discussions
• The oral presentation of work
• Written outcomes: lists, letters, posters, scripts, leaflets
