MAGIC for e2e - Entry to Employment


The MAGIC course motivates people to set and achieve goals for further learning, getting a job or an apprenticeship. The course also develops the soft skills that employers find so valuable.

Flexible approach to the modules

Participants on the e2e scheme will have varying degrees of capability, time and aspirations. Therefore the core MAGIC modules can be delivered over a six-week period or each module can stand alone to enhance the employability and vocational or academic achievement of the participant.

The six modules are Motivation, Assertiveness, Goal setting, Initiative and Confident Communication.
