Typical elements of a coaching programme
All our programmes follow the same simple format - and the content is your own agenda:

Here are some typical themes of a coaching programme:
Communications and relationships at work
Communication is not about what is said, it's about what is heard. In our experience the most common underlying issues in coaching concern communications.
Relationships at work
Using real examples our clients learn how to understand themselves and others, and learn new skills for effective communication. For this reason we offer the option of a spectrum of tools and feedback to inform the coaching process.
Motivation
Clients need to recognize what motivates them and how to play to their strengths. It's important too that they develop strategies to cope with the unfamiliar. |
Goal setting and goal achievement
Organisational success depends on individual success. But how many of your colleagues know how to overcome the obstacles in the way of their own goals?
Personal portfolios
We encourage clients to practice the new skills that they learn during coaching sessions. Clients can also develop a personal portfolio, which includes their own learning log from practical experience and learning resources tailored to their needs.
Coach yourself, coach your team
We to make you independent and self-reliant. Therefore we offer the opportunity for you to learn how to coach your colleagues and coach yourself - a worthwhile investment with long lasting impact.
Psychometric testing
These tools take the form of questionnaires, which identify leadership and personality traits, and interpersonal styles. We assess the questionnaires and then we give our clients feedback.
Optional tools include:
360° Feedback
Myers Briggs Type Indicator - Working and communication styles
16PF - For team building and personal relationships
