Personal Coaching

How much does it cost?

The length of sessions is flexible to expand your choices and to suit your circumstances. The following prices are guidelines only and depend on individual circumstances and requirements.

What payment plan will work for you?

We want coaching to be accessible. Talk to us about paying by instalments and what will work best for you.
Please contact me if you are unemployed and I will do my best to help.

25% discounted start-up coaching programme. When people begin coaching they usually prefer to book at least three hours / four hours of coaching. This keeps the momentum going towards early success. These sessions can be used in any combination of 15, 30 or 45-minute sessions. The fee for three / four hours £270 / £360.

One-off sessions

Some people just want one-off sessions - usually because they need some help to overcome a particular obstacle, or need a simple point in the right direction.

The following fees apply for one-off sessions:
15 minute coaching £30
30 minute coaching £60
45 minute coaching £90

Optional email back up. Whatever you book you can always arrange email back up - this will provide you with support that you might want to access between sessions.

Remember, if you book a session with our coaching practice you’ll always receive a written plan of what you’ve agreed to do, together with the skills you’ve learned. This is something you can refer to time and time again so that you can continue to apply you new skills to similar issues at any time in your life.

The personal coaching contract

The coaching contract is an agreement between you and your coach. It covers your expectations and the role and responsibilities of your coach. The coaching contract may sound a bit daunting—but it’s standard element of coaching. It’s essential for building a trusting relationship and means that you won’t have to worry about unexpected surprises.

Typical elements of the contract include:

  • Duration, frequency and length of sessions
  • Re-scheduling appointments
  • Work between sessions to achieve goals
  • Availability of your coach between sessions
  • Giving Feedback
  • Confidentiality
  • Payment structure and frequency of payments.
