How we work

Setting goals and reviewing progress

We use a range of initial assessment tools to inform the goal setting process. All customers receive regular progress reviews and feedback.

Managing the environment

This concerns helping customers to make sense of and navigate obstacles to reaching their potential. For example we teach customers how to improve interpersonal relationships, negotiating skills, mental toughness, communications and so on.

Managing health and well-being

We develop our customers' ability to look after themselves. This could require support with long term chronic health conditions or reactive anxiety and depression (eg interview nerves, stress of unemployment).

Managing work

Here we focus on teaching Customers employability skills, or helping them to stay in work if they fall ill.
