Coaching and Counselling
Coaches deliver coaching for our customers. They must have coaching and / or counselling qualifications.
As part of our multidisciplinary team these professionals can provide additional input to help customers manager their health.
Coaching assistants can undertake initial assessments and provide support for customers for progression. They often liaise with organisations in local communities.
Vocational rehabilitation specialists help customers to manage their health and maximise their potential through finding the right work for them. They also provide in-work support.
Of course values could be seen as a list of words which actually don't mean a great deal. But values are important because they define how we think - which in turn drives our performance and our behaviour (what we strive to do).
